We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrator to become the welcoming face of a thriving all through school and a key member of its operations team. The Role
You will play a vital role in supporting the day to day running of the school, providing excellent customer service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
• Meet and greet visitors and manage reception.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries.
• Support attendance administration and follow up absences.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Support school events and daily operations.
• Assist the SENCo with administrative tasks and record keeping.
• Provide first aid support (training provided).
• Support safeguarding and pastoral processes.
Requirements
• GCSE English and Maths Grade 5/C or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Organised, professional and proactive approach.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Previous school, reception or office experience is desirable.
